All my Panoramic Land, City and Seascapes are compilations of from 3 to 30 individual images. Relying on natural light, time of day and the ever-changing seasons to create the kind of beauty and drama that only our planet and species can invent, I create these large photographs  to capture what I feel is the complete story of the scene. A labor of love that allows me to be carried away and replenished by the beauty, majesty, serenity and genius of nature and the accomplishments of our minds and hands. 

 

It’s impossible for me to live in this part of the world without being obsessively drawn to photograph the distinct nature of the amazing Land, Sea and Cityscapes that surround us. For thirty years I have had the pleasure of working and roaming here in the ever-changing Berkshires where the water and temperature dictate the colors and textures of our fields, hills, lakes, ponds, rivers, and marshes. We are two to three hours away from beautiful and dynamic coastal cities with their mazes of bridges, rivers, oceans and waterways. These beautiful places lure me back as if water was ingrained in my soul and the distant fields and hills live in my memories of past lives.
